The KEY-POS Retail Management system communicates with House Hasson EDI (Electronic Data Interchange). This gives your store full access to the downloads such as catalogs, promotions, and invoices, while also allowing you to upload purchase orders. With these communications come store automation from suggested purchase orders and scan receiving for freight check in.
Suggested orders will allow you to create a purchase order based off of the ordering criteria you select and then allow you to modify that purchase order before uploading it to House Hasson. After the freight arrives, KEY-POS will automatically check the freight scanned in against the purchase order and the invoice.
You also get full access to the House Hasson catalog including price updates, giving you more accurate inventory. KEY-POS handles as many catalogs as you like, placing catalogs separate from inventory which makes inventory searching easier and more accurate. KEY-POS will also allow you to select the exact fields from the catalog you wish to import into inventory- such as: prices, costs, or descriptions.
