Do It Best EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) works with the KEY-POS retail management system. Our Do It Best dealers get full access to catalogs, promotions, uploads, and downloads to their KEY-POS system. Catalog updates can be loaded to KEY-POS, including price description and cost changes. Inventory items can then be loaded from the catalog so that your inventory is not filled with catalog items that are not sold in the store. KEY-POS also allows you to pick what parts of the catalog you want to load into inventory allowing you to keep custom descriptions, prices, etc.
Suggested purchase orders can be generated, modified, and uploaded to Do It Best for ordering automation. The KEY-POS system also allows dealers to download invoices that will automatically be compared to the purchase order and scanned in freight. This saves time and produces accurate inventory.
