KEY-POS communicates with Ace EDI (Electronic Data Interchange). All of our Ace dealers get full access to Ace catalogs as well as upload and download data. This allows your KEY-POS retail management system to create purchase orders for you based off of the criteria you select, automating your store. The KEY-POS system will then compare the scanned freight to your original purchase order and the invoice to give you longs and shorts.
Thanks to the catalog data you will also be able to update your inventory pricing, costs, descriptions and more how you see fit. KEY-POS does not flood your inventory with the entire catalog. Instead it puts the catalog on your KEY-POS system separate from inventory for you to pull from. This makes inventory searching updating, and adding new items simple and fast.
