The KEY-POS retail management system also allows you to keep and update any electronic catalog from any vendor. With our built-in import programs, we can take any tab delimited document (such as Excel spreadsheets) and build a KEY-POS accessible catalog from it. This allows all of our KEY-POS users to scan any item into their inventory without any undue hardship or excessive data entry. It also gives our users access to price/cost changes as well as updates from any vendor of their choice. This catalog can even be edited from within KEY-POS, if needed, without reloading the entire catalog.
KEY-POS keeps all of the catalogs separate from inventory, allowing you to maintain and report on only the inventory in your store.
