With the KEY-POS system you can access Orgill EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) which includes catalog, invoice, and purchase order data. With access to Orgill catalogs and item maintenance your catalog retail, cost and other item data is always up to date. The items you sell from the catalog can then be loaded into your inventory and updated by the fields you select- such as: cost, bar code, description, etc.
Thanks to purchase order and inventory communications, you get even more versatility. This allows you to use the KEY-POS system to create suggested orders and then upload them directly to Orgill. After the inventory arrives you can then compare the purchase order to the invoice you download from Orgill EDI and get variance reports for your longs and shorts.
